I was recently invited to the L'oreal head-office to take a look at their academy and to meet some people at Mizani a high end salon brand dedicated to Afro Hair, known mostly for their relaxer systems and themo-smooth treatments, the brand has dipped it toe into the world of natural hair. Like a number of brands Mizani has seen that steady growth in woman wearing their hair in it's natural state and have introduced True Textures.
I tried a few products from the line, and found that perhaps their need to be a little more research done in regards to natural hair and what the different hair types need, it is very hard to cover all the bases with a few products however I really liked the Coconut Soufflé a light and airy moisturiser that absorbs easily and keeps your hair soft. Coconut Soufflé contains a lot of water so I found I got a lot of shrinkage however my hair looked so shiny and lustrous I could barely complain about it.
Unfortunately Coconut Soufflé is only available to buy from salons which is a shame for those who don't live in a big city and although it doesn't contain Mineral Oil or Petroleum it is NOT 100% natural and does contain Parabens and other long words I can't pronounce!

aqua/water, cocos nucifera oil/coconut oil, isoprppyl palmitate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, stearyl alcohol, glycerin, steareth-21, dimethicone, steareth-2, parfum/fragrance, popylene glycol, polyacrylamide, methylparaben, c13-14 isoparafin, phenoxyethanol,, sorbic acid, ethylparaben, camelina sativa oil, xanthan gum, oryza sativa bran oil, laureth-7, hexy cinnamal, benzyl benzoate, limonene, commarin, methylisothiazolinone, benzyl cinnamate, citronellol, geraniol, benzyl alcohol.

Like most Products lines it works best in conjunction with the rest of the Mizani line as I learned when I tried to mix the product in with my regular regimen (of mainly natural products) Coconut soufflé does not play nice with others as I couldn't re moisturise with other oils or butters.
